Salvation starts with realizing our sin nature than confessing, repenting and asking Jesus to wash away our sin with His blood.
As the Bible states, in Romans 3:23 -24, “For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus”.
God made a way for all to be redeemed or you might say, be made right, through the blood of His Son, Jesus Christ. We believe by faith and we receive by faith the Gospel plan for our own life.
We will have this “changed mind” concept of sin in our own self and realize Jesus died, shed His blood for the cleansing of our (my) sins; that Jesus was resurrected so we (I) may be in right standing with God our Father and forever have eternal life with Him.
When we (I) accept Jesus in my heart, in our (my) life, we (I) become born-again, “a Christian”.
As a believer, we will have a desire to live right, walk right, according to His ways in His word; morally, in deed and action. He cleanses us from all unrighteousness, purifies and even purges the sin out of us.
Have a Blessed Day,
as always, love in Christ Jesus,
