Good morning to all! As my thoughts go to the Bible, Noah was, you might say, a watchman on the wall, reminding people of a flood that was coming, destruction coming. Sin was rampid, and God made a way for safety that of going into the Ark for safety. God spoke through Noah to go into a place of safety. Yes, sin was rampid and repentance was preached. Noah and his family were the only ones listening to God, that of repentance and following Godly ways.
Again, in the Bible, reading in Exodus 12th Chapter, reminds us of the blood of the lamb that was applied on the doorposts and the upper doorpost. God through Moses gave specific instructions how to be safe.
God Himself, as stated in Exodus 12, passed through the land of Egypt. Exodus 12:12, “For I will pass through the land of Egypt this night, and will smite all the firstborn in the land of Egypt, both man and beast; and against all the gods of Egypt I will execute judgment: I am the Lord.”
Repentance and obedience is always called for before distruction. Now is the time to bow our heads and worship our Lord and Savior. God will purge the sin out of our hearts through the sacrificed blood of His Son, Jesus. He has promised us a new heart and a new spirit.
Let me say again, God is calling the people to repentance and apply the blood of the lamb of God, Christ Jesus over our home our own life. Yes, we are to physically speak with our mouth and get our spiritual heart right with God. At this time could it be God is giving His people a time in our own lives to spend time with Him.
NOW is the time to apply the BLOOD OF JESUS His finished work done on and through the cross of Calvery on their lives.
As believers we can and should apply His blood that was shed for our transgression (sins). Matthew 26:28 – For this is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many for the remission of sins.
And in …Hebrews 9:22, NIV: “In fact, the law requires that nearly everything be cleansed with blood, and without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness.” Because of God’s grace, we are saved and by the washing of our sins through the blood of the lamb, Jesus.
What I would like to make clear is that this is a good time to seek God, repent of our lack of obedience to His ways. It is important to have you heart, mind and soul right with God. I truly believe the Bible, God’s Word is to be believed and needed to follow, our instructions in life.
As a believier in Christ Jesus, we are obedient to the the Word of God. By spiritually applying the blood of Jesus in and over our lives we are applying His protection. As His Word states, Jesus is returning soon for His Saints, the believers, they that are walking in and follow Godly ways.
Yes, Jesus is return soon for a church, a people WITHOUT SPOT OR WRINKLE. This is a people, living in the righteous of Christ, that of holiness and the righeousness of Christ Jesus.
When we accept Jesus into our hearts, our lives, we are accepting a new heart, a new spirit and new desires to follow Him. Christ in us as believers. “In Him we live, move and have our being”.
Let me ask you this question, Would you be ready if Jesus came back today, right now? If you cannot answer that question positively, yes, without reservations, turn to Him in prayer right now and make things right, repent and turn to Him.
Let Jesus and His shed blood wash away all your sin. He has promised never to leave us or forsake us. Now is the time and today is the day for our Redemption.
Lookup His Redemption drawth near!
Today, I pray as I write this note…My thoughts and prayers go out, right now, to you and your loved ones. I pray that if you have not accepted Jesus as your Lord and Savior, today, now would be a good time. Take a moment out and reach out to God. Give your mind, heart and soul to Jesus today. I repent this day and turn to you for the Salvation of my mind, heart and soul. Thank you Jesus!
I pray over my household, over my children, family and friends. I ask that the Holy Spirit will continue to open the hearts of all people and submit to God’s purpose and plan in their lives.
I pray that all who read this prayer would be open to the Gospel of Jesus Christ and respond to the leading, drawing and compelling for them to come into His Kingdom. Now is the time to open your heart and to let, God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit be your Lord and Savior of your, mind, spirit and soul. May God Bless and keep you safe! Amen and Amen.
As always, love in Christ Jesus! Paul Lundmark
