06/07 – Peace of Mind

Good morning to all. Let’s begin today by saying that uneasiness or you might say, a feeling of anxiety about situations in life is another deadly disease, which causes loneliness; an emptiness and loss of purpose or meaning in our lives, which in turn so many times cause one to commit suicide. Everyone wants to love and be loved.

Staying focused in Christ, in the Word, being an example of holiness and living a life of purity allows the Holy Spirit freewill to flow in your life and will bring meaning into your life; for fear of rejection and loss will disappear when there is light coming forth. Light disperses darkness. We get this light from the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ.

All must put their complete trust in Jesus – who is all understanding and all powerful. Do not allow your mind and thoughts wonder into doubt and the what it’s. Keep your mind and thoughts on God and His Word, praise and worship.

We cannot win over these fears and enemies in our own human effort. It will take the very power of the Holy Spirit working in you as a believer.

It takes supernatural power given by Christ when He went to the cross. His death on the cross has made AMPLE PROVISION FOR THE PEACE WE SO DESPERATELY NEED FOR HAPPINESS.

Yes…we can win the battle against the enemies of our peace of mind through faith in Christ Jesus. Yes, Jesus promised to never leave us or forsake us and that God would send us a comforter, the Holy Spirit to reside in us, to lead the believer into all truth, guide, direct and comfort us at times of trouble.

  • Matthew 28:18-20 Jesus came and told his disciples, “I have been given complete authority in heaven and on earth. Therefore, go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Teach these new disciples to obey all the commands I have given you. And be sure of this: I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”
  • also in Mark 9:23 “What do you mean, ‘If I can’?” Jesus asked. “Anything is possible if a person believes.” Christ replies to our natural limitations.

There must be a flow of love and compassion in our lives which is the foundation of true happiness. Again let me say the love of Christ provides a basis for a lasting peace of mind.

We must come back to having a relationship with Christ and in return we become a fellowship; which will bring about a love and compassion for our fellow man.

True happiness comes when we have love and compassion for others; for the lost and hurting of this world.

Let’s begin TODAY, to:

  • Share love,
  • Share God,
  • Share life, compassion with those around us.

A life of emptiness transformed into a life of meaning.

A life of purpose and lives full of love and compassion.

Faith in Christ Jesus will give you a life of meaning and purpose; freed from the bondage of guilt and give you a release into the peace of mind needed for genuine happiness.

As always, love in Christ Jesus,
Paul Lundmark
