The “one mind-set” only comes in true righteousness and holiness through living in Christ Jesus. When our thoughts, our mind is stayed on Christ and His righteousness we will become as one with Him.
The scriptures states in Ephesians 4:22-24 that you put off, concerning your former conduct, the old man which grows corrupt according to the deceitful lusts, and be renewed in the spirit of your mind, (having a fresh mental and spiritual attitude) and that you put on the new man which was created according to God, in true righteousness and holiness (NKJV).
Your Mind (thoughts) must be set on things of God-the Word. Yes, then, and only then will we be in the right behavior, right standing (relationship) with our Lord and we will be one in Christ.
Is your mind-set? One heart-one mind, that of biding in the vine! Trusting God will take faith in a living Savior, Christ Jesus. Yes, Jesus is the master of the storm.
Let us Pray: Heavenly Father God, I am determined to walk as Jesus walked, a life of mercy, grace and love. Thank you for the Holy Spirit that leads me into all truth. May my life portray the life of Christ today. Amen.
