IN THE HANDS OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD

As I arise with the morning sun, there is joy and peace that surpasses my own understanding. I am very grateful for God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit in my life. God truly does watch over His children. God is a merciful God. For those of you, who may feel as though you must clean yourself up before coming to God, may I be blunt, your thinking is wrong.

Simply put, the only job you and I have, is to repent, and choose God’s way. Repent means “to turn.” We repent when we turn from our old ways of doing things and turn to God’s way. Repentance will require humbling ourselves. 1 John 1:9 puts it in the true context and meaning. If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

Thank God for a way out. The adversary, the devil, will keep us locked up in a life of rebellion if we allow it. Jesus is the only way out of our troubles and rebellion.

Right now, Jesus stands knocking at the door of your heart, asking, compelling to come in. Let God begin a spiritual renewal in your heart and life.

God will do, what He said He will do. The blood of Jesus will wash away your sin. Now is the time for complete separation from the world or you might say, worldly activity.

Now is the time to allow the Savior to clean you up and use you for His glory. He will do this if you ask.

If you are tired of compromise, in your life. Today is the day for personal revival in your life. Revival begins with facing your sin, realizing your sin, and then repenting. Yes, here begins our dependency on God. If you mean business with God, pray this prayer asking Jesus into your heart and life –

“I come to you God as a sinner and ask for repentance of my rebellion and sin. I ask you Jesus, to apply your blood to my heart, and cleanse me from every sin. I am determined to live for You and turn my back on all sin. I ask you, Lord, to walk in me, to talk in me, and be my God. I ask you God, to be my Father and to accept me as your child.

I ask you to fill me with your Spirit, in the fullness of the Holy Spirit, with boldness and power to live for you, to be a witness and have a testimony, and to tell others of your salvation plan. Thank you, my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, Amen.” If you prayed the above prayer from your heart, with a repentant heart, you would begin to feel and see a change, a cleansing of your thoughts, mind, and heart. You will not desire to do the things you used to do. As you read the Holy Bible, there will become a hunger and thirst after God’s righteousness and a desire to live right.
