“For with God nothing will be impossible.” — Luke 1:37 (NKJV)
The Message – This morning, my thoughts turn to a God who has no limits. As believers and followers of Christ, we have God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit dwelling in us—or you might say, residing in us. So, let me encourage you today to look to God and believe in the impossible.
What is it that you are in desperate 5need of at this moment? Without God intervening, it may look hopeless. But I have good news! God is not limited. He can and will do the impossible when believed and asked by faith. No matter how small or how big your problem is, God is able, and He cares about you.
Activate Your Faith
Remember this: nothing is impossible for God. Won’t you spend some time today talking to your Creator and letting Him know your concerns? What He has promised, He will do.
The Word is active and alive to the believer. Activate your faith by believing His Word.
Deeper Insight – In Luke 1:37, when the angel tells Mary that “with God nothing will be impossible,” the literal Greek translation is “no word from God shall be without power.” This means that God’s Word contains within itself the power to fulfill itself. Like a seed contains the power to become a tree, God’s promise contains the power to become reality. The only limit is our unbelief. When we align our belief with His power, we remove the ceiling on what God can do in our lives.
Prayer – Lord, I take the limits off today! I repent for thinking small when I serve a big God. I believe that You are the God of the impossible. I bring my desperate needs to You and place them in Your hands. I trust Your power to work miracles in my life, my family, and my health. Let Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
